A suitable electric fan and switching may be needed as you will probably have to ditch the mechanical unit to create some space.

I've got a big intercooler of unknown origin front mounted on mine, mounted where the radiator was with the radiator on a custom made mount behind. It's still awaiting pipe work but I've still got the mechanical fan but without the cowl so there is space if you want to keep the original radiator.

I just used some of the original volvo piping and some samco. You can use scrapyard rubber if you can find it.

This is a photo of the radiator with the intercoler in front, it's actually larger than the radiator and as I said it just needs some pipe work, I haven't made up my mind weather to go to the scrappies or make some up myself yet or rather my pocket hasn't.
