just wonderd, how do u fit an air filter to the meter, will it just bolt on?

Most aftermarket filters come with adapter plates to fit the air flow meter

If it's a universal filter you've bought, it would not have come with an adapter plate but, you'll find the are available almost anywhere and there not expensive, ebay has loads...

If you ebay search for a s13 air filter/adapter that should come up with a few things. The s13 air flow meter adapters and air filters fit perfectly

got a powertec r32 gtr filter, and got an adapter plate from my local road and rally! 3.99 bargin,
