urgent help required
hey,
i have just checked the spark plugs, which seem ok, and i have changed the HT leads. in the process of doing this i had to remove 2 pipes, one goes from the air intake onto what looks like the throttle body, ( pipe about a inch diameter )that goes across the engine, and one from this contraption near spark plug 3 that leads to a t-piece going to the dump valve. but now the git wont start! being quite cold and wet by this point and after a good 2 hours fighting with plug 3, i gave up. any ideas? could anyone tell me which way the dizzy spins when you look from o/s wing? any suggestions would be great

the pipe your talking about sounds like the pipe from the turbo to the throttle body. this pipe takes boost (air) to the inlet manifold.
the other pipe sounds like the vacuume pipe going to the dump valve the dizzy should spin anti clockwise (from memory) if looking at it from the passenger side are you getting a spark? are all the pipes connected? have you fitted all the plug leads inc coil lead? have you removed the coil? the base of the coil is its earth
