hey about the rb25 box, whats the complete conversion to get it to fit to the fj20?? is there an adaptor plate to go between the bell housing and block?

no matey, it fits straight up, you just have to plug and redrill the hole for the locating dowel and 1 hole either side of it, so just 3 holes to alter, then i'am using the rb25 propshaft, but you need to use the ca rear uj to fit to the diff, i'am having a 1 peice prop made up.

you could borrow the plate that goes inbetween the gearbox and the engine, then you can see if the fj bellhousing is simular to the ca bellhousing.

yea that might be an option cheers, do you still use the fj starter motor, do you have a ca plate aswell that you might be able to take a pic of as well as fj plate to see how similar they might be?? maybe easier than posting/
