hi mart, japster (den) could do with a bit of advise, he was wondering what would be involved in fitting an s14 diff into the s12, if its possible, any help would be appreciated mate, thanks

It might be the same work as doing the S13.

But there are 2 types of S14/S14a diffs I think. If the shaft bit that actually goes in to the diff is the same thickness as the S12 then it can work.

I believe some S14 diffs have a thicker shaft though and this will mean you're fcuked as you won't be able to use the reground S12 shaft
