Default Got a couple of questions.

How do?

Im in the (never ending) process of upgrading the speakers from the gubbed paper clarion speakers to somthing with a bit more oomf and i was wondering if anyone new the size of the front door speakers? As i dont wanna rip my door cards off (break all the clips) and need to leave iut till my shiny new clips turn up from nissan.

second question.
Right im a car valeter and one of my perks of the job is i find some things in cars. i sit them aside for a week of so and if not claimed i keep it. (unless its like a bag of money sadly) last week i was cleaning a mk3 astra and in the boot i found a sports steering wheel. so i figured i might be able to find a boss for it. so i searched the forums and there was talk of a s13 boss fitting id like to know wat the hole sizes are.

The one i have the center bore is 55 mm and from the middle of the screw holes to the middle of the one next to it are about 35 mm.

or does anyone reckonise it as it has no manufacture makings on it.

should'nt you put the owners belongings back in the car instead of taking them and waiting for them to notice if they are misssing.

I take it you remove rubbish during the valet and not nick peoples belongings. I would say that was Theft in my book!. The boss you would need would be from a Bluebird Sunny Cherry etc as they all have the same spline

Sorry,I ment to say I work for a rather large car dealership (In scotland). The car this was removed from was a car going for auction which is cars that are to old to be sold on the forecourt. It was not stolen I took it with the general managers permisson. I was advised to wait a week and if not claimed it was eather bin it or save it. This goes for everything found in cars.

For the record anything of any value that I have found has been returned to the customer from digital camers to watches.

Honestly,I'm not the kind of person to steal.

My Momo has the name stamped on the lower arm that extends vertically down to the wheel itself. Dont know if that confuses things more. It's a Momo Corse. I dont know, but I like that steering wheel.
