Was just reading about doing it for the S13 and it all sounded a bit familiar - snipping the red wire with the blue line and silver dashes going into the gray relay may do it.

Here's a pretty useless pic I took back then. It's the relays next to the battery. IIRC, after I did the mod, the headlights still came on but didn't open on position one but opened on position two....

Rear quater panel removal - advise?

So i'm stripping the blue s12 to the bone, really want to keep the rear arches as they're pretty mint....

What's the best way to remove/cut them that would make it easiest to refit onto another?

No they are generic ECUs for all cars - you'd need to either modify your wiring loom or have one made to suit it and then get it mapped on a dyno.

Standalone ECU, a bit over the top for most applications. A DTA ECU is much better value for money at ?600-1150 depending on spec.

regarding the wipers, if you can't find anything, just buy some of the same length and take the blade out ;) the front ones are a std type still used...
