Air con removal
I'll be having the rad out on wednesday, so I was planning on ripping the AC out aswell.
Any problems just removing it up to the bulkhead? and taking the drive belt off?
Just thought I'd ask ...

Volvo intercoolers
The Isuzu intercooler I have is a right pain to fit and it will move the rad back into the power steering pipes (it's rather thick).
I know volvo 940 intercoolers (inlet and outlet in the middle...

Good call guys, plugs sorted misfire, broke two HT leads getting the buggers off though. :trout
Got quoted £75 for a set of HT leads of I just had a look around the garage and found some pinto ones...

Think I've got a coolant problem too, it's hard to get to the bottom of the rad but I reckon it's only the top getting hot. Temp guage is fine and heater...
