from what i can remember the s12 discs are 274mm diameter x 22mm thick and the s14 discs are 280mm diameter x 30mm thick

is the first pics s12 disc's
, i can't get my head around the pics mate, the top pic has'nt got a center in like the lower discs, or am i getting mixed up, have you got a pic of an s12 and a s14 disc side by side so i can get my head round it, i'am not with it today lol.

so the machining is on the s12 hub, the outer bit, so the center of the s14 disc can slide over it ?

i wonder if they are the same as the z32 discs, i know the calipers are the same exept the z32's are ally and a lot lighter, i had a z32 disc for an example, but the bloody scrap man took it with a lot of scrap off the back yard
, have you thought of anything to uprate the rear ? i read somewhere the other day about usind z31 rear arms, hubs, discs etc, as they use a vented disc on the rear.

yea now that i have done the rear i have found out that the s14 use the same type of s12 hand brake mechanism, but as for the discs and callipers i have never looked into them.
