Garrett harp on about cooling their turbo's. I can't see how much effect cooling a turbo with 90 deg water does but if Garrett recommend it for their turbo's then thats probably what you got to do.

Do you spin your turbo up? I think its great how they can even spin up by blowing in to them

i can't mart, my wrists have gone , i know that garratt do recomend water cooling as the t34 i had was water cooled and they don't guarantee them unless you use water, i ant spun it up though. is there any updates on your engine yet ?
