The engine isn't running in the vid, the key was turned so there was power but not running?
could it be the fuel flowing through?

when the ignition is 1st switched on it makes a hissing noise for about 5 seconds, if it is the pump hissing all the time, then there must be a problem in the ecu i think.or a relay.
