millers 10 60 on the ca18et or like shaun castrol rs as they both provide high temperature protection with excellent cold start characteristics.
I wouldnt go for a 5-40 personally

a 10w60 is proven to be unstable and breaks down to a 10w50 very quickly. with a t2 and only minor mods a 5w40 or 10w40 would be ideal, using too thick an oil and not getting into it's ideal temperature range is a good way to make your engine struggle and lose power |
