I once found an annoying crack in a manifold using an Insense stick
![]() Light the end and use the smoke is the first indicator but when you get close to the leak the lit end glows brighter, proper but it worked! I guess a firework lighting stick will do the same.If you've still got the grotty viscous fan you'll have stop it from turning or all you'll end up with the the feint whiff of "tree huggers living room"

how much thread do you have to go until the nut comes off? if you can get 2 half nuts on you can just pull the stud, or if the nuts all the way at the loose end i would try a hacksaw blade just behind the nut (you want as uch thread on the stud left as possible to remove it)

its still tight so 2 half nuts would go on, what do you mean by pull the stud.
I have been searching the net for anything and everyting to get rounded nuts off. Metrinch, Grip-Tite, Irwin Bolt Grip, Etc |
