good luck with the build keep us posted i would just suggest you go for a civic vti cheap and cheerfull all the way to 9000rpm get the 4dr eg9 version 92-95 best spec it came in i think

a 2.8ltr engine in a golf seems like a good idea to me
![]() Im looking forward to rebuilding the s12 though and having it as a weekend type car. It will mean i can get all those jobs that take more than a day to do done easily

Good idea buying German but not FWD, you will be bored within weeks.... I bought a Porsche 911 recently as my second car and its much more fun - especially sideways !! ![]() ![]() |

Il only lower it on some polished mercedes amg wheels and decat it and a nice backbox and air filter and crystal lights i recon
![]() I can also put my personal j plate number plate on it which another reason for the choice.Ive been paying 80 quid a year for the last 4 years keeping it on retention as it cant go on my s12. J8 HUR

ive got 3 private plates on retention but what the heck maybe once i get a full time job id buy a runner round and bang one of them on aslong as the s12 is live and kicking
