cheers Shaun and Sideways.

i have a spare head kicking around and was thinking of getting it done for next year. Im collecting bits at the moment for a tublar top mount and elbow.
Whats the pros and cons of tubular elbows (of the turbo rather than arm variety )? i have one that has a seperate wastegate dump pipe that reconnects to the elbow and thus exhaust gases about 6" later. In power terms, would i be better off making it connect further down into the downpipe? or maybe make into a screamer pipe? Only interested in performance gains, not a cool sound. How loud are screamers? wonder if they will pass circuit sound tests?

my screamer is fairly load, so you maybe best using one that joins back in, although if you used a large external wastegate with a large screamer pipe, then it would probley be less noisy.
