ok, so will a diff from any manual s13 do the job?

No you need an old S12 diff. It's the S13 internals that you put in the S12 case

No,you need to get an lsd for an open diff s13.One thats designed to fit an s13 with vlsd will not fit .

Yes,that is the diff I have in my car
You need to get the bearings that go on either side of it as well.

Where did you get the bearings from? I'll be doing this as long as I can get all the bits together

If you email them then they will get them for you.
I've seen them on ebay before as well.
