Northerner - I wouldn't bother doing any of the bearings, just use all the original bearings and shims in their original places and then use some engineers blue to understand what needs adjusting if at all.
Well the one in my car may need new bearings. I have a spare and the defo needs them.

It's a 1 way locking clutch type lsd and it might well be worn out.
For that price I would steer clear tbh.
A helical would in my opinion be much better for road use.
