Never done it myself, so I'm not sure if you can just swap the crown wheel and pinion over to the S12 ones and re assembly in the S12 case.

They are both R200's...

Not sure they are all interchangable as some of the speedo drives are longer than others. I think my box is the same as an SR (S14) box though, I couldn't find one to fit, even got Nissan pick up...

We had a similar problem on the lada rally cars, we used old seat belts to limit the drop of the axle, it worked a treat and was basically free....

Same make on the rear - try swapping them over?

Check torsion rod bushes, neutral caster can effect tramlining aswell I think.

Front control arm bushes, S13 do fit, but make sure you get a 31.6mm (I think it's .6) ones rather than the 34mm ones, or it won't fit.
